These terms govern your use of the LumaFlow Windows application and website. By using LumaFlow, you agree to these terms.
License and permitted use
IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LumaFlow in accordance with the Microsoft Store license terms and these terms. You may use the application for personal or commercial image-processing work for which you have the necessary rights.
Your files and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your images and output. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to process, modify, watermark, distribute, or combine the files you select. You are also responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.
Backups and replacement of originals
LumaFlow provides an option to replace source files. Replacement is intentionally destructive and may not be reversible. Keep appropriate backups and verify your selected files, operations, and destination before processing. IAM_DEV is not responsible for loss caused by choosing to replace originals or by inadequate backups.
Background removal and downloaded resources
Background removal may require a separately downloaded processing model. Availability can depend on internet access, the model host, device compatibility, storage, and system resources. Automated background results may require manual review and may not be accurate for every subject.
Application availability and updates
Features may change as LumaFlow is improved. Updates can be delivered through the Microsoft Store. IAM_DEV may discontinue a feature or version when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, or product development.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, LumaFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of files, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of LumaFlow. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the application during the twelve months before the claim.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse LumaFlow to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or Microsoft Store policies; interfere with the application; or attempt to redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. Microsoft Store purchase and licensing terms also apply. If these terms conflict with non-waivable law, that law controls.
