This policy explains how LumaFlow handles information when you use the Windows application and the LumaFlow website.
Image files and processing
LumaFlow processes selected images on your device. Image content is not uploaded to IAM_DEV or to an online image-processing service. The application reads files you explicitly select and writes results only to locations you choose. If you choose to replace original files, that action occurs locally on your device.
Background-removal model
The first use of background removal may download a machine-learning model from its distribution host. That request may expose standard connection information, such as your IP address and request metadata, to the model host. Your selected image content is not sent with that model download.
Local application data
LumaFlow stores preferences, launch count, review-prompt status, recent batch information, and local file paths in its application data folder on your device. This information supports application functionality and is not transmitted to IAM_DEV. Uninstalling the application may not automatically remove every local application-data file, depending on Windows settings.
Accounts, analytics, and advertising
LumaFlow does not require an account. The application does not include IAM_DEV analytics, behavioral tracking, or advertising services.
Microsoft Store
Installation, purchases, updates, ratings, and Store usage are handled by Microsoft under Microsoft’s own privacy terms. LumaFlow can ask Windows to open its Microsoft Store page, but it does not receive your Store credentials or rating details.
Support communications
If you email support, IAM_DEV receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request and maintain necessary support records. Do not send confidential image files unless they are necessary for your request and you are comfortable sharing them.
Website
The static LumaFlow website does not require an account or intentionally collect personal information. Hosting providers may keep ordinary server logs for security and reliability.
Changes
This policy may be updated when LumaFlow’s behavior or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
